I called Survivor Electric after my husband encountered problems trying to replace a light switch with a motion sensor and change an outlet to GFI. The original wiring was all black with extra wires behind the switch plates, which caused confusion. Survivor responded promptly to my text message for service and were able to come the next day. The electrician arrived promptly, completed the project as requested, and explained what he did. Their service fee includes one hour of labor which, to me, was nice to have bundled price.

I needed several different updates in my 30-year-old condo and a family member recommended Survivor for the electrical work. Dustin came out to assess the job and advised me they could handle them. Jason arrived on time and worked tirelessly through each job. He explained how he would approach each one, which I appreciated. He cleaned up, was pleasant and a hard worker. My work was scheduled and completed relatively quickly. I was given a quote which they honored; no added on line items. In between the initial contact and the job completion, I spoke to several of the office staff and everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful.
