I highly recommend Survivor Electric! I had an issue with my hot tub circuit breaker and called several electricians, all of which promised to get to my house the next day, but they all kept cancelling and putting me off. One call to Survivor and Morgan took care of everything. They promised to be there the next day at 10:00, and that's exactly what happened! The electrician troubleshot the problem, not just the circuit breaker I had asked them to replace. It turns out there was nothing wrong with the circuit breaker, so they saved me over $100! Great communication!

Justin & Josh were the two electricians that were assigned to our property, Buckstone Flats Apartments in Obetz. It started the prior day when I reached out to Survivor Electric, from the receptionist, to the dispatcher, to both of the electricians. Extremely professional! The receptionist listened to my concerns, put me in touch with the dispatcher, once again they listened, so refreshing calling a business/contractor and before they give you the runaround, they take the time and care, and if that particular person can't assist, they put you in touch with the person/department that can assist you. The dispatcher was honest, stated she would review the team's schedules, I can have someone there on Monday morning, I told that would be great. It was scheduled for Monday morning, I did call late in the day on Thursday, with the schedules already set for Friday, this was not an emergency call so I was happy being scheduled that fast. Minutes after hanging up, the dispatcher/scheduler calls me back and explained to me that there's a slight chance I can have them there tomorrow, depending on the circumstances of the previously scheduled calls. Friday morning, I received a call letting me know they will definitely be here on Friday, sometime after lunch, Damn that's service! Not only was I promised Friday, but they sent out updates/links starting with they are scheduled for today, received a second that they were en route with an estimated time of arrival, and then the next one stating they have arrived at your location. Josh & Justin were the two electricians that were scheduled. They both came into the office, introduced themselves, listened to what our issues were, asked for me to show them exactly where on the property we were having problems, escorted them there, and they both jumped into their diagnostic modes. They eventually found the source of the issue at hand, but while in that process, pointed out other issues found. They didn't just jump in on the other issues, they corrected the issue, came back into the office, explained in detail what they addressed and what the others were and they asked if we wanted them to address those issues, instead of just doing the work and running up the total cost. Great experience from the start with Survivor Electric to the end, every level of service cared, extremely polite, very knowledgeable and professional! I will continue to use Survivor Electric at our property and I highly recommend them anytime! Thanks Survivor

I found out my Square D control panel had a service recall that required an inspection by a licensed electrical contractor. Survivor Electric was able to schedule an inspection within 24 hours. They texted me updates on the schedule and let me know when Josh H. was on his way. He arrived on time and quickly explained the process and answered all my questions. He was professional and friendly. I would strongly recommend this company to address any needs in the future!

Fantastic service. Reached out today to schedule an appt to get a breaker in the electrical panel fixed. Very helpful on the phone and actually had someone available to come the same day! Connor was out within a few hours, was very thorough, and immediately figured out it was not a breaker but rather a loose wire in a light switch. Explained what needed fixed and went right to work. He fixed the issue quickly and checked all the outlets to make sure they were now working properly. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and knowledge in his job. This is our second time using Survivor Electric and will not hesitate to call in the future. Highest Stars all the way!!

I called Survivor Electric after my husband encountered problems trying to replace a light switch with a motion sensor and change an outlet to GFI. The original wiring was all black with extra wires behind the switch plates, which caused confusion. Survivor responded promptly to my text message for service and were able to come the next day. The electrician arrived promptly, completed the project as requested, and explained what he did. Their service fee includes one hour of labor which, to me, was nice to have bundled price.
